Honey Comb Cores , Carbon Fiber , Glass fiber , Aerospace grade Fasteners , Prepreg Materials etc. VSSC : Procurement of Honey comb core and other major raw materials for Chandrayan project.  HAL : Procurement of raw material for Tejas Helicopter and UAV. BARC : Procurement of raw material for highly specialized carbon tube.  Raw material purchase for different project for the customers like DRDL, ADE etc. Distinctive Highlights Handled and controlled life sensitive material and stream lining the inbound and material issuing activity with proper system establishment and utilization of resources. Major 5 to 7 vendors developed for most critical raw material supply for critical for defence projects. Around 12 to 15 critical vendors and more than 100 suppliers being handled for regular requirement. Streamlining of logistic activities through freezing rates on yearly basis for fixed locations and availing competitive rates through preparation of healthy logistic solution suppliers. Achieved cost reduction up to 30% on the major raw material procurement for critical project through negotiations and alternate supplier as well as material development.
