Acceptance of special handling cargo like Dangerous goods (DGR), Human remain (HUM), Perishables (PER, PES, PEF etc), Live Animal (AVI), Valuable Cargo (VAL).• Capture all the data of airway bills in system.• Supervise complete ULD build-up for Freighter flights MD-11F, B747-200F/400F/800F, B777-200F/300F, A333F and Pax flights. Plan the loading of the cargo products into ULDs/bulk for carriage on the assigned aircraft in accordance with the priorities given, to achieve optimum utilization of capacity.• Liaise with Handling Agent for flight operational requirements and co-ordination of activities for transshipments.• Check that the cargo is loaded as specified in the load plan and to ensure that the safety of the aircraft is not compromised and the product quality standards are maintained.• Ensure bookings are made in system and shipments flown as booked/ planned.• Assist in resolving claims and discrepancies leasing with concerned authorities and departments.• Ensure the expeditious and accurate completion of all post flight activities including dispatch messages, forwarding documentation, and completion of station file so that down line operations can proceed smoothly. • Collate and compile the cargo documentation for cargo uplifted on flights in accordance with local regulations and company policies and procedures.
