Technican in Scania.Keep allocated bay Available For testing vehicles, complete preventive maintenance as per the coordination from a team leader and Service manager.Maintains functional condition of vehicle, repair, HEOC repair mechanical complaints , replace parts and components.The timely releasing the vehicle with invoice and gate pass.(After the payment confirmation through the mail or payment transfer) Ensure work quality and job completion on time.(As per the Scania T&C ) Investigate and establish the defect of parts so as to replace under Warranty. Process warranty claims, and document on a timely basis.Assists with any clerical and technical needs as directed by the OEM and RSM. Collecting payment from customer end.Coordinating with admin Staff and Service team.
