As a Shift Lead, you will ensure that the vision, culture, and core values of Dutch Bros are upheld onevery shift. We look to our Shift Leads to be servant leaders within the shop, communicating withleadership on any internal or external feedback. They are the ones who do the hard, andsometimes less desirable, work so that the rest of the crew can focus on core values during shifts.
