CurrentAssist clients, both businesses and individuals, in navigating the creative process of transforming a concept into a tangible finished product, including:• Developing graphic design concepts (images, layout, type specification and copy) for Federal Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, capital campaigns and fundraisers, presentations, brochures, annual reports, executive board books, briefing reports, white papers, one-pagers, event signage, web banners, infographics and other marketing collateral• Providing copy editing services for federal reports, grant review compilations, technical papers and business correspondence – including synthesizing complex and voluminous documents for lay person consumption• Collaborating with project team leads to capture and communicate complex concepts through customized design and ensure projects are formatted correctly and within time constraints• Establishing and maintaining brand identity systems to ensure work consistently meets organizational guidelines across all media• Updating and designing templates for e-cards, email campaigns and other online and/or web-based features• Researching and negotiating with printers and other vendors to ensure highest quality end product within budgetary guidelines• Managing multiple projects and prioritizing work with Basecamp and other project management tools• Performing art/photo search, preparing digital print-ready files and maintaining a library of electronic imagery for distribution• Crafting bespoke invitations for both private and organizational events
