At Glidian, we are revolutionizing the healthcare industry by fixing one of its most broken processes: prior authorizations. As Sr. Channel Relationship Manager, I work with our existing channel partners to strategize, market, and deliver Availity products into their client base. This includes onboarding new partners, training the channel partner sales divisions, and speaking at partner user group meetings. This role also includes identifying new partners. Availity provides healthcare technology solutions across the entire spectrum of the revenue cycle process.

As a subject matter expert in healthcare point of service applications and processes, I supported the Availity sales divisions with product presentations, business fit meetings with clients, and navigating the over all sales process, through contracting. The client base consisted of Hospital and Physician based facilities, as well as working with Channel Partners to sell into their client base. In this role, I continued to speak at various healthcare association conferences, such as HFMA, MGMA, etc., as a trusted resource and and expert on point of service applications and processes, as well as the impact of the current Healthcare laws.

This role was focused on building a robust pipeline and closing top tier business, to position the company for acquisition. Targeted prospects were medium to large hospital systems and associated physician groups. The typical target audience was CEO, CFO, BOD, and Physician Practice Director. After another successful year as top company sales, the company was acquired in June 2014.

Identifying a need for client management and support, I was able to build and structure an account management process, working closely with our clients C level administration, to maintain a "business partner" relationship with our clients. The client base consisted of healthcare providers ranging from small and rural clinics, to multi facility, 1000 plus bed hospital systems. The end result was an annual client revenue retention rate in the mid 90% range.

With a growing client base, the primary focus of the Director of Implementations role, was to structure, develop, and manage a team of implementation specialists.

As a Regional Sales Director, primarily in the southeastern U.S., I developed a robust pipeline and top company sales, seeing over 100% growth each year. This role included speaking engagements with various healthcare associations, as a trusted resource in point of service related topics.

This role required conducting on site training, primarily in the Hospital Patient Access / Registration areas, of a point of service software application. It also included working with hospital administration to re write polices and procedures related to patient access environments and work flow.
