-Manages daily operation of the City's Media Department and staff (Broadcast TV Channel, Website and Social Media).-Produce promotional/ educational / entertainment/ instructional media utilizing the latest in media production technology.-Function as creative director; oversee all artistic elements of productions from conception to final product.-Work with elected officials, staff, public, and corporate entities to meet all communication production goals relating to promotion, instruction, public education and presentations. -Responsible for the management and development of social media strategies and content creation.-Chairman of the City's Social Media Committee.-Represent City as a liaison to local organizations and the media.

-Produced promotional and educational media using the latest in communication technology while working closely with college administration.-Functioned as director; oversaw lighting, sound design, scriptwriting, camera work, editing, and graphic creation for media productions.-Installed, maintained, and gave instructional seminars for all enhanced technology equipment on 8,000+ student campus.-Guided campus in the use of technology in the classroom by giving multimedia presentations to faculty, staff and students.-Teach Digital Media Continuing Education Classes.
