 Responsible for all customer complaint calls received at the corporate office for sixteen showrooms statewide. Coordination with store, office, warehouse, service, accounting, advertising, merchandising, and delivery managers to resolve corporate complaints. Research of accounts and complaints for the President and Senior Vice President. Correspondence with Better Business Bureau, Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, law firms, television stations, and newspapers regarding complaints filed with them against the corporation.
