• Sustain probe equipment to achieve utilization goals• Perform equipment qualifications using preventative methods• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and manufacturing to maintain probe operations• Provide detail oriented documentation of steps taken to solve issues on a daily basis

• Coordinate and execute daily engineering projects• Perform product and equipment qualifications using kappa and repeatability methods• Debug product hardware to meet customer demand• Oversee a group of 15 operators• Assess training needs and perform necessary certifications• Utilize test equipment to achieve factory goals
