Managed an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides catastrophic disaster response planning support to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) at its headquarters and the 10 regional offices.

Under Federal contract, assisted FEMA Regional Offices develop and write Federal Response plans for various catastrophic disasters using the FEMA planning methodology. Supported planning efforts for response to earthquake, tsunami, anthrax attack. Also included support to develop a regional all hazards plan. Supported IEM business development through proposal writing.
