Responsibilities- Carry out the responsibilities of Supervisor on Site when Site Supervisor is not present.- Work in conjunction with the Site Supervisor to ensure program quality, outcome driven experience and safetyfirst in the afterschool program.- Communicate with parents as needed to discuss behavior issues, upcoming events or changes to theprogram.- Regularly communicate with site staff to ensure open lines of communication especially in regards to theafterschool program and students. - Complete all administrative tasks assigned by the Site Supervisor accurately and on time. (ie, payroll, monthlyreports, grant reports, incidents reports etc.) - Develop and deliver a broad range of age appropriate programs and activities with an emphasis on academicsuccess, good character & citizenship and healthy lifestyles. - Work collaboratively with other staff members to meet program goals and organizational outcomes. - Maintain appropriate supervision of program spaces to ensure safety of Club members. This includes makingsure program area is fully operational, safe, clean and inviting to members• Providing guidance and role modeling to members.• Contributes to the planning and implementation of the strategic plan by: ◦ Planning, organizing and implementing a range of noncompetitive programs and activities for our members. ◦ Initiating new programs with the approval of the Branch Director. ◦ Promoting and stimulating program participation.

-Experience working with youth, including recreation, coaching, training, tutoring, and teaching.- Working with staff to plan and implement activity schedule across program areas, inclusive of all genders,age, and development levels.- Implementing the Club's guidance and discipline policies consistently and compassionately.- Assuming a supervisory role over programs and staff as needed in the absence of lead staff.- Participating and contributing to staff meetings, training, and planning sessions as scheduled.- Participating in the maintenance of a clean, safe, positive environment conducive to youth development.- Participating in required reporting, documenting, and other administrative functions relative to youthdevelopment and program management.
