I am conversation starter and passionate about the topics of the Behavioral Health Field. I spend time outside of work researching child development, connection, decolonization, and community based approaches. I volunteer with communities who support women who have experienced trauma from human trafficking all the way to walking with women who have experienced any trauma from generational impact that may stem from Historical Trauma. I am most passionate about helping others see how generational cycles can be broken while keeping their authenticity.I aspire to help others see the glass as half full instead of half empty. I am a cheerleader for potential because a past manager believed in me and I was able to thrive with someone giving me opportunity. Opportunity, Potential, Wellness and Equity are four words for why I am in my current role along with being able to help others learn more about the Behavioral Health Field. I also like to go for a daily jog and make choices that allow me to be more involved in my kids and husband lives. I believe quality of life everyday and not just living for the future is crucial to our wellness.
