As chair of McCarter & English’s Executive Committee, I intend with my colleagues to build on the firm’s foundation of delivering excellent client services and innovative solutions as well as supporting our pro bono and diversity efforts and collegial environment. I focus my practice on creditor rights, bringing more than 30 years of experience representing the firm’s clients in every type of real property and business. This invaluable understanding of my clients’ needs allows me to maximize their recoveries. I am adept in handling commercial litigation as well as representing financial institutions, secured creditors, and special services in foreclosures, bankruptcies, and out-of-court loan workouts. I am also well versed in prosecuting and defending lender liability claims.
