Senior Field Marketing Manager - Mid-Atlantic
Current• Work closely with the Regional Field Marketing Managers, Field Marketing Directors, Senior Management & the brand marketing team to ensure team alignment and comprehension of all larger field marketing / brand initiatives & programs.• Increase brand awareness, trial & purchase by developing & executing partnerships, influencer seedings, events & sampling opportunities in the area. • Support National & Regional Sales Team with merchandising, creative display creation & prompting reorders.• Mentor team of Field Marketing Team Members & KIND Brand Ambassadors, encouraging skill development & personal brand ownership• Recruit, hire & train new field marketing team members (Associate Field Marketing Managers, KBA's & KUA's) • Manage KINDs mobile marketing vehicle, leveraging this asset to deliver the KIND experience to consumers• Report on activities in a timely fashion to tell the story of the Brands' growth in the market. #DoTheKINDThing Every Day!
