• Maintain ownership of cases opened for customers including updating cases, communicating with the customer, and documenting resolution.
• Assist in production of monthly customer reports.

• Monitor, Detect, Analyze, Respond to the security alerts/incidents and other cybersecurity related operational alerts of clients and internal party.
• Investigate phishing email reports and take appropriate action in response.
• Conduct investigation using OSINT tools and perform blocking on IOC/determined malicious domains, IP addresses and hashes.
• Respond to client’s security related concerns and requests.
• Providing weekly and monthly reports to clients.
• Perform real-time cyber defense incident handling, forensic collections, threat analysis and system remediation.
