About Jonathan Metcalf

Hello All,My name is Jonathan Metcalf. I have done many different things in my life; to include, honorably serving 4 years in the United states Marine corps, humanitarian Aide work over seas, transportation and logistics expert, Professional driving, motivational speaking and event coordination. I served in Afghanistan in 2009,2010 and 2011. After concluding my time with the Marine Corps, I began attending college to become a helicopter pilot. I have continued to satisfy my desire to acquire skills and experiences through also venturing into photography and media as well as recently started my own podcast titled Blue Collar Barbarians podcast, where we dive into excelling in the job field and pursuing more out of your career! I have spent the past decade as a crane operator and specifically been in tower cranes in the Pacific Northwest more recently! I have worked in construction as a crane operator since 2014 and travelled all across the US. I was passionate about being a crane operator and have experienced an incredible amount of satisfaction from it, but I'm ready to give more and climb the leadership ladder.Its time to use my experiences and skills to grow and pursue more opportunities. I am looking to get a superintendent or safety roll. I have a wife and four beautiful children whom I hope to teach to chase their dreams and work hard!
