Provided vision and leadership to the staff, board members, and volunteers in a 5 County Red Cross Chapter (approximate population of 350,000). Advocated and promoted the 5 lines of service of the American Red Cross. I managed staff, volunteers (93% of the Red Cross workforce), facilities, vehicles, government relationships, all revenue generation steams, and budgets. I identified, cultivated, solicited, and provided stewardship for major gift donors; I drafted and submitted proposals to Individuals, Corporations, and Foundations including United Way Agencies. • Generated over $1. 6 million in revenue 56% surplus (Expenses=$900,000) FY12-14 • As a valued team player I helped raise over 7 million for the TN Volunteer Region.
