Objective: This project was to create a Tableau workbook to display all the key performance metrics from various departments of Wellcare, serving as a single point of contact for the end users to access the KPIs.Requirement analysis from the upper management collaborating with different teams.Conducted meetings with the different business owners on where the data is stored and how it could be interpreted.Created an architecture with the fields required for the metrics and how the data could be stored in different staging tables and final tables.Wrote SAS programs to pull data from oracle or SQL server and store them in the staging tables created in our SQL server.Created VB packages to pull data from network drives/SQL server and store them in the staging tables.Derived the business formulae used in creating a Cognos report by reverse engineering the values in the Cognos report and understanding the business.Download data from Business objects to cross verify the data across the dashboards.Understood the relationship between the Master IPA, IPAs, Vendors and Providers.Understood the business logic behind each metric used to measure the quality, cost, utilization and operations.Key Highlight:Split the created Tableau dashboard having all summarized data in one link and move the drill downs to different dashboards with different data sources so as to improve performance.Not only replicated the metrics from other departments but also corrected the business, when the data provided had some issues with the business logic.

Objective: Explore the monthly data, clean the data, create SQL, SAS programs and data models to reconcile and test the monthly data. Analyze the monthly data trend and provide reasons for variation using Statistical Analysis.Assumed full responsibility in gathering the requirements from various teams, document them and get them verified before starting the project assigned.Collected data from different data sources in different file formats including tables, excel and flat files and create SAS datasets with all the collected data.Created SAS programs and macros for preparing CCAR data for QRM tool using SAS Base to cleanup, prepare and analyze data by connecting SAS to SQL Server.Created data models to pull monthly data from credit risk analysis by understanding the data warehousing model and change appropriately if there are new variable included or old ones are changedModified the reconciliation program in SQL server every month to match the current business changes and ran the program for reconciled data.Verified the data with the business results by comparing both using PIVOT TABLES and VLOOKUP in Excel.Learned how the stress testing is done and how the data is used for projecting the future cash flow.Responsible for creating the monthly Liquidity report to make sure that the deposits are insured with securities and identify which level of security is pledged to each deposit account.Responsible for testing the CCAR results every quarter using SQLs.Responsible for creating reports after the GL reconciliation for the use of Company's ALCO reports.Key Highlight:Played a vital role in observing the existing method and replicated the same program using a different method to bring process improvementMade important contribution to change the existing model that involved a separate program for each of the 6 LOBs into a single program.
