Current- Created this new department to specifically address the needs of the under appreciated link in our sales cycle – the end-user.
- Created and responded to all e-mail/phone inquiries for all three brands regarding questions relating to tech service, warranty, product questions and Dealer questions.
- Absorbed both Public Relations and Community Relations into Customer Connect as well and maintaining our social media strategy and responsibilities.
- Created and analyzed our Google and Facebook ad campaigns.
- Created and analyzed numerous End-user market research surveys to determine specific objective goals within the overall marketing strategic goals.
- Exceeded objective goals with regards to phone and e-mail response time, brand awareness, End-users satisfaction and all Social media metrics.
