Special Projects PM representing Retail organization for top 2 cost-saving initiatives for Fresh Fulfilment Centers. Co-led program with 15+ partner teams to redesign layout for Fresh FCs and retrofit all existing FCs to a non-random-stow layout, driving 10% rate improvements and estimated $50M/year savings at network level. Self taught SQL and built 4 models that underpinned this program before handing off to BI/product teams to automate and scale. Also took over as Retail lead for Amazon's first pilot of an automated Fresh warehouse. Executed numerous Director and VP level analyses to identify gaps in Retail offering in underperforming states relative to other grocery competitors.

Best quality out of all 10 Ops Managers, averaging 3x better quality than all other shifts (based on defects per million objects). Drove and executed 14 configuration changes on site to optimize MHE and conveyance. Served as Outbound SME for site and planned all outbound indirect labor for 2021 peak season.

Served as the Troop Executive Officer for Dragon Forward Support Troop, 1st Squadron (TIGER), 3d Cavalry Regiment. Managed the daily operations for a 90 Soldier logistical support unit tasked with maintenance, food service, transportation, and other logistical operations for a 700 Soldier infantry squadron. Baghdad, Iraq

Deployed for 3 months to Iraq with Task Force Tiger, 3d Cavalry Regiment as a Battle Captain and Maintenance Officer in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. Managed a staff of 6 personnel that oversaw daily Task Force operations. Served as one of the main liaisons to the Iraqi Army Baghdad Operations Command, an Iraqi headquarters overseeing 30,000 Iraqi Soldiers responsible for maintaining security of the Baghdad Province of Iraq.

Fort Hood, Tx

Served as the Squadron Maintenance Officer (SMO) for Dragon Forward Support Troop, 1st Squadron (TIGER), 3d Cavalry Regiment. Led 52 Soldiers and Non-Commissioned Officers and was responsible for the maintenance of 67 Stryker fighting vehicles, 100 pieces of ground support equipment, and over 2,000 other pieces of equipment valued in excess of $300 million. Utilized SAP-based ERP system to track thousands of purchase orders, man hour utilization, equipment services and readiness, and additional data each month.

Served as lead summer tour guide for the MIT Admissions Office in 2017. Provided key logistical coordination to manage a team of 30 tour guides to service an average of 2500 visitors per week. Worked as the lead student adviser to admissions' officers to redesign MIT's tour guide training program.
