Bernstein Global Wealth Management is an investment arm of AllianceBernstein Holding L.P., with approximately $87 billion in assets under management. The firm also provides tax management and wealth management services to its clients. It primarily provides its services to individuals. The firm manages separate client-focused equity, fixed income, and balanced portfolios. It invests in public equity, fixed income, and real estate markets across the globe. The firm primarily invests in growth and value stocks of large-cap companies. It also invests in municipal bonds, hedge funds, and real-estate investment trusts.

Responsible for management and development of up to 40 employees comprised of two client service/call center teams. Assist in the strategic design and implementation of the call center. This includes all internal account systems, CISCO phone systems, external web site and budget analysis as well as ongoing needs for planning, reporting and forecasting. Act as liaison between top clients and all areas of Operations and Business Technology. Ensure compliance of industry regulations and standards.

Managed up to 65 employees comprised of three teams of dedicated Relationship Managers. These teams serviced over 450 Registered Investment Advisors managing an account base of over $11 billion, holding both standard and alternative assets. Led teams through a 4 month transition period after the division was purchased by another financial institution. Responsible for financial budget of my department and monitoring of all department suspense accounts, correction, advisor invoicing and collections.
