Jack is a First-Generation student from a single-parent household who was awarded a First-Class (1:1) (4.0GPA) Honors LLB Scots and English Law Degree in 2020, and a Graduate Diploma in Professional Legal Practice the following year. In May 2021, Jack was bestowed the tremendous honor of becoming one of the two Saint Andrews Society of the State of New York Scholars, amounting to $35,000 towards a graduate or masters program in the United States, as well as being offered the Dean's Scholarship award at Boston University School of Law, where he graduated with an LL.M. in American Law.Jack is a determined, gritty and thoughtful individual with lawyerly instincts. Throughout university and law school, he has consistently maintained part-time and full-time jobs including supermarket clerks, garbage disposal, selling children's shoes and working in libraries. He has a profound and displayed interest in Public Interest and Pro-Bono work, including numerous clinics, projects and volunteering. On top of this, Jack has also worked on a number of U.S. Political Campaigns including Mayoral, State Senate and Congressional seats. In the professional field, Jack has legal experience in criminal law, corporate law and litigation. Europe's largest student-run legal aid law clinic, the Strathclyde Law Clinic, has granted him the opportunity to have wide-ranging experience in a number of legal fields.
