Deep in a company’s DNA sits a data-fueled finance, technology, and operating engine that makes the whole thing work.As a builder and fixer of finance, operations, and technology throughout my career—first as FP&A strategist and management consultant, and later as platform development and operations transformation agent—I’ve spent much of my career helping companies drive and support hyper-growth, including billions in revenue and trillions in AUM.Collectively, I’ve built platforms, processes, and controls helping global companies grow through commercial and operational innovation—developing capabilities and scaling capacities that derive insights and measure success, while mitigating regulatory, financial, and reputational risk.Along the way, I conceived and led 10 data, governance, and commercial programs and product initiatives impacting as many as 2,500 finance professionals and Top 10 global banks; negotiated, managed, and evolved fifteen strategic partnerships; led teams of up to 35 people across finance operations, contract governance, business and program management, analytics, and systems engineering; developed and managed OPEX budgets in the hundreds of millions, and run FP&A for business unit P&Ls.At the heart of those infrastructure plays sits the promise of untapped value, and the evolution of existing products, platforms, and offerings—all while considering downstream impacts that solve not only for today, but for years to come.
