Responsible for group medical and ancillary sales to employer groups with 100-5,000 employees. Evaluate, then respond to Request for Proposals, manage the quoting process with underwriting. Provide leadership and help execute the implementation of Anthem's Lumenos plans in Anthem's local Midwest Health Plans, after acquisition of Lumenos by Wellpoint.- Assisted in developing then delivering training strategies for Anthem staff and brokers- Provided CDHC sales presentations locally and nationally.

Strategic Consulting, including new business development of consumer driven health care products to mid-sized and large national employers in the Midwest.

Director of Sales- Oversaw new business development, retention, new product rollouts, account management, and customer relationship management.- Held P&L and budget responsibilites Senior Sales Executive- Sales Executive for Humana Large Group with the primary focus being new fully insured and self-funded sales to customers in the 100-5,000 employee range.
