This presentation was attended by 250 Siebel customers and lead to more than 10 sales leads. • Managed the development and release of Siebel personalization technologies, Siebel configuration platform and content management technologies. Worked with sales to close deals related to both these areas. • Developed an online course for Siebel content management. This course helped disseminate information on this new Siebel technology. • Trained Siebel sales on the new developments in configuration platforms. I also developed and delivered three new labs to enhance the training quality. • Managed the development for Siebel Web Client architecture. Siebel has moved all its application to this web based presentation architecture and is using it to generate more then 70% or its license revenue
