I conceived and developed the business model and the product behind Punchh, an industry leading mobile engagement platform for brands. I developed the initial prototype and guided the product vision to take Punchh to the the best mobile engagement platform for chains including support for rewards, gift cards, POS integration, predictive big-data analytics platform etc.Raised over $9M in capital for the expansion of Punchh business and build the founding team and the extended team of 80 full/part-time employees to execute the vision. I also build an India development center in Jaipur India of over 65 full-time employees with top talent including some of the best engineers in the worldAs a founder drove over 50 deals with several large enterprises chains. I build the founding team, enterprise sales team, product team and the marketing team for Punchh. • Conceived and developed the idea behind SezWho by working with researchers in the area of reputation management and social media. • Build the founding team and the extended team of 10 full-time and 5 part-time employees to execute the vision• Raised $1.3M in capital from Venture Capital market (KPG Ventures).• Developed massive distribution of SezWho by doing innovative distribution deals in a fluid and developing market of social media and blogs. SezWho had and average of 10M unique visitors a month in the last 6 months.• Developed and implemented a social media and search engine marketing and affiliate campaign for SezWho. This campaign drove the growth of SezWho install base.• Developed a behavioral targeting based ad network for monetization. The targeting was based on developing rich social media profiles of users based on their media consumption and participation.• Developed a partnership with Microsoft for access to the ads that can be targeted using SezWho ad-targeting technology. • Filed 3 patents for the algorithms developed for establishing and managing reputations in social media. • Sold SezWho to JS-Kit

• Developed and delivered a new positioning for InQuira technology through a new customer centric pitch. Trained the sales team to deliver the new presentation to new customers.• Helped sales team close several substantial ($1 million plus) deals by making product demonstrations and presentations.• Established the product roadmap for next generation search product. The focus of the roadmap was to enable InQuira to scale better by enabling partners like Accenture to deliver InQuira implementations. Build of this roadmap I managed the next major release of InQuira search products.• Negotiated partnership for core technologies like content processing and analytics with vendors.• Developed product strategy and vision for InQuira for entering InQuira into a new marketing/product selection domain. After creating the vision I evangelized the vision to all the execs to ensure that it is adopted.

• Manage a team of four product managers and two product lines – Siebel Test automation and Siebel configuration tools • Manage the design and development of tooling infrastructure for new application architecture based on .Net and J2EE platforms from Microsoft, BEA and IBM. I drove and established tooling platform strategy for Siebel. The new application architecture will drive the Siebel application revenue for the next decade• Launched globally, a new product line for Siebel test automation. Launch was coordinated with a number of partners. This product line has generated $1 Million in revenue for Siebel. • Established and nourished relationship with a number of OEM partners – Empirix (Test Automation), Mercury Interactive (Test Automation), Haley (Rule engine). These relationships drove more then $4 Million of revenue for Siebel• Presented a webcast presentation to launch Siebel Test automation product. This presentation was attended by 250 Siebel customers and lead to more than 10 sales leads. • Managed the development and release of Siebel personalization technologies, Siebel configuration platform and content management technologies. Worked with sales to close deals related to both these areas. • Developed an online course for Siebel content management. This course helped disseminate information on this new Siebel technology. • Trained Siebel sales on the new developments in configuration platforms. I also developed and delivered three new labs to enhance the training quality. • Managed the development for Siebel Web Client architecture. Siebel has moved all its application to this web based presentation architecture and is using it to generate more then 70% or its license revenue
