My role centers on driving Salesforce’s #1 V2MoM priority, Trust, while improving engineering productivity and customer success. My team’s work has been integral to Salesforce CRM’s positioning as a leader in customer success for 15 consecutive years.Key Responsibilities and Achievements:Trust & Testing Transformation: Spearheaded innovative testing methodologies and automation frameworks for Sales Cloud Agentforce, creating a robust definition of done (DoD) for agent functionality and aligning it with Salesforce’s AI and Data Cloud teams to ensure a unified experience.Mergers & Integration Leadership: Integrated six acquisitions (RelateIQ, Spiff, MapAnything, LevelJump, Bonobo.ai) into the Salesforce engineering framework, replacing legacy monitoring, testing, and reporting systems, which reduced escalations by 90%. Led a leaner, high-performance team, achieving better SLAs with a team reduced from 25+ to just seven. Salesforce Easy & Agile Transformation: Core member of the Salesforce Easy team, leading Trust initiatives and contributing to the company-wide shift from three annual releases to a bi-weekly delivery model. As part of the Easy Governance Council, I helped simplify application delivery, enhancing customer adoption and ease of use.Featured Contributions:Developed engineering productivity tools, such as Q3BoT, which improved Security SLA(85% to 99+%) saving hundreds of hours across Salesforce through enhanced efficiency.Delivered prominent features such as Shared Contact, showcased in the Dreamforce “True-to-the-Core” session in 2016.Recognitions: Salesforce 1st President’s Award for Trust Engineering
