I managed a portfolio of 50+ modules that support the training and performance of 60-120 call center agents in support of the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) and the State Examination System (SES). I also led a variety of projects and initiatives focused on improving processes/programs, team professional development, technical training.

I supported the training and performance of the NMLS/SES call center, including: training and performance support to move internal work processes from CSBS staff to promoted call center agents; managing annual training requirements for new hires and tenured agents in partnership with the call center trainer; and partnering with the operations vendor.

I taught AHRD 520 (Foundations of AHRD); AHRD 600 (Performance Analysis and Needs Assessment); LTLE 570 (Design & Development of Digital Media); and AHRD 615 (Needs Assessment & Program Evaluation). All courses were online graduate-level courses. In addition, I served as a research advisor and a member of several students’ research committees.

I managed an annual budget of $100K+ and a team of 10+ contractors to develop online workshops and other multimedia, managed a learning management system for 3,000+ users, and supported 65 state partners in implementing best practices. I also established a multimedia production process that could be scaled based on project timelines and budgets, and.

I was hired to design interactive multimedia Section 508-compliant courseware. My team created a 15-hour self-directed online course that was delivered on-schedule and within budget. I also developed an asynchronous learning program using social media.

I designed and developed 15+ new online courses to train employees on key software systems, product knowledge, and compliance topics. I also managed the learning management system for 350 users, and facilitated more than 40 in-person training programs including a monthly new-hire orientation course.

I was hired to design and develop online courses for Fortune 100 clients, manage a 200+ course portfolio, and manage the progress of independent contractors to create or update online courses (40+ projects per year).

I led several projects including the development of a competency model for administrative assistants; the development of an online training course for managers about completing the Federal I-9 form; and the re-design of the department’s post-training survey.
