Head of Multi- Agency Team and ICT Business Partnering for Supporting People I am a highly experienced IT Change professional having front line customer facing service experience as well as tackling some of the most complex technical and societal issues, making it look simple. I am the business partner for the Supporting People Directorate in Camden which covers Children's & Adult Social Care, Education and Health business areas. I work in partnership with the directors and heads of service in co design to deliver legislation, MTFS and transformation projects. I lead, developed and manage a high-performing team including Programme Managers, Project Managers, Senior Business Analysts and Business Analysts, by using effective resource management and prioritization to deliver programmes for the Supporting People Directorate. I was the ICT lead for Adult Social Care and health integration projects in Camden. A significant part of my role focused on business partnering activities which required me to build relationships with senior key staff in order to deliver business benefits.Delivering a portfolio of improvement projects ranging from delivery of ICT based transformation, business change, software specification / development, and a number of process improvements projects. Analysing business processes, identifying alternative solutions, assessing feasibility and recommending new approaches in line with corporate digital agendas. I worked with Service heads on their programmes, challenging them to think in different ways and their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their delivery plans by being proactive and having a collaborative and co-design approach.My programme management activities involved planning, directing and coordinating activates to manage and implement multiple interrelated projects from contract/proposal initiation stage to final operational stage.I worked closely with health organisations such as NHS digital and CCCG on health integration projects such as the Adapter (hospital discharge) and CIDR (Camden integrated digital record). Social Care and Health Integration projects has required practical approach to overcoming information sharing barriers which is assisted by completing Privacy Impact assessments and data sharing agreements. I also sit on The London Social Care Information Management Group (London) under the auspices of the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS) has a sub group specifically looking at Caldecott and Information Governance issues.Significant Achievements:• First London borough to have an integrated Health and Social Care digital record • A Joint privacy impact assessment and data sharing agreement with all health partners in Camden and social care

This was an interim role for 2 years whilst the department was being restructured. I led a team of 40+ multi-disciplinary staff in project delivery, applications support, training team and a team of technical developers. HASC is a complex business area and my role was stakeholder management and manage the ICT programme for the Department. This involved at any one time 40+ live projects that included NHS integration, Right First Time Repairs and mobile working for Housing Staff to meet the flexible working agenda and Customer Access programme. I was also responsible for support of 60+ applications such as Northgate, Framework I, and other business critical applications. Another element of my role was being part of the Leadership Team which reviewed and co-authored Camden’s ICT strategy and the new restructure that aligned itself with the Camden plan so we were in the best place to be the enablers to deliver the transformational programme as the Camden Plan.I was also responsible for managing budgets of 3.5 million both capitol and revenue budgets.Significant Achievements:• ICT solution for repairs (right First Time) which contributed to approx. 4 million pounds’ worth of savings• Reducing application costs over 200k by renegotiating deals with suppliers and retiring systems.• Implementation of Phase 1 of the Customer Service Programme
