Work with teams across the Global Brand and Marketing Directorate to ensure that our acquisition and conversion strategy is integrated and focused having been informed by data insights that reflect the commencing student journey for our potential students. Support the Managers of the Insights, Admissions and Conversion teams to foster a culture of data driven strategy and a synchronised customer experience from application to enrolment.

Provide strategic leadership of the Student Recruitment, Market Insights and Inbound Marketing activity of the Global Brand and Marketing Directorate. Build the data and strategic capabilities of these teams so that they leveraged their knowledge of the commencing student journey for higher education to implement well targeted recruitment campaigns.

Responsibility for the strategy and deliverables of the Student Recruitment, Marketing Insights and Inbound Marketing Teams in the acquisition of future students for CQUniversity.

Provide stratgeic marketing leadership of the marketing team at CQUniversity. This team includes student recruitment,inbound marketing,marketing services and digital marketing. Lead the team in a customer first approach to marketing and integration of marketing technology platforms to enhance the effectiveness of marketing communications.

Responsibility for providing the Marketing Directorate and University with market insights derived from primary and secondary data sources. Leading the Marketing team in utilising the CRM as an integral part of prospect management strategy. Using data insights to advise the team on the development and implementaion of campaigns strategies and plans. Provide advice to the team around information sets required by different audiences and provision of suitable information content to represent the University's program portfolio.Lead a marketing team project in the design and implementasion of a suitable automated marketing system.

Manage a team of marketers with responsibility for Faculty based marketing. This included developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans designed to recruit students to Faculty programs. Researching market demand and working closely with academic program management to enhance the market suitability for their programs.

Manage a team of professional staff in the provision of administrative and marketing services to support postgraduate programs.
