My working career started as a office junior at an estate agents, where I was made redundant in 1989. I had already applied for and been successful in a role at CITB where I remained until 28/2/19 when the CPCS card scheme was divested to NOCN Group. Whilst at CITB my job roles ranged from Records administrator, processing application forms and dealing with calls associated with the applications, with Promotion to Team Leader, in 1997, managing both work flow and people management for up to 15 strong group of people. With my last role being product and services coordinator, responsible for managing the contract between call handling/application processing and the product owners.
