Owner / Managing Partner of Carfraemill hotel in the Scottish Borders. We are a rural business, with a strong focus on using local produce for all of our menus. Our restaurant has 60 covers and we have a great functions business with weddings / balls / parties etc of up to 300 seated guests. I have owned this super hotel for nearly 20 years, and we are in the process of refreshing various aspects of what we do. We are looking for passionate, foodie people with high standards - chefs, waiting staff, other roles - to join our team as part of that process.
