Service Manager
CurrentManage portfolio of AT&T mobility global accounts. Service manager and client’s point of contact for all mobility needs and issues. Handle monthly stewardship account reviews with AT&T sales teams and clients, perform customer rate plan analysis’ and provide day to day assistance for client’s mobility needs. Handle and assist with customer equipment deployments both virtual and on site when in person visits are permitted.-Project/Deployment manager for Geotab device deployment including equipment ordering, tracking, activation and staging and of devices. -Subject matter expert with AT&T mobility equipment fulfillment, billing, ordering/ordering systems, rate plans, etc. to assist client’s needs.-Provide Saturn Wireless’ “White Glove” experience to all customers, establishing strong, professional client relationships.
