Experienced Consultant in the field of music with a demonstrated history of working in senior administration in higher education and presenting organizations.

Responsible for all aspects of this high quality, comprehensive and immersive Pre-College Division, which provides a rigorous multi-faceted music education for dedicated and talented students 18 and under. Also oversaw a smaller Extension Division for private lessons and classes for adults. Hires and supervises over 100 faculty members, creates and manages the budget, oversees all curricular details including juries. Managed admissions, auditions and scholarship processes. Also participated in the stewardship of donors with interest in the division. Managed the faculty and curricular offerings of the Adult Extension Division which provides private lessons and a select number of classes for the community.

Chief administrator for all educational aspects of this eight week summer festival and school which presents over 350 musical events performed by a combination of 640 students, artist-faculty and guest artists. In addition to educational program oversight, responsible for all functions of the Office of Student Services including recruitment, admissions, financial aid, international student advising, registration, hiring and supervising of residence life staff, coordination of medical and mental health services, legal issues, liaison to contracted meal service and student discipline procedures. Serves as primary administrative contact with faculty for teaching and other student-related issues in addition to working with other senior colleagues to recruit, hire and coordinate faculty. Serves as administrative contact for 11 member Music Committee, artist-faculty members who are elected by their peers to serve on the Board of Directors. Also responsible for drafting and maintaining the budget for all school-related areas.
