- Further improved the WMS built-in-house to cover more use cases and leaving manual tools behind.- Led the adaptations on the operations behalf to launch a new category, which became responsible for ~10,5% of the company's revenue. The list includes: >R$ 100k invested on new assets, process mapping and definition, demand and supply forecast, staff training, etc.- Migrated 100% of all drivers to the proprietary mobile application and connected it to the customers' mobile application.- Redesigned the stocking areas so as to gain >20% in capacity.

- Built a proprietary WMS, tailored to our operations' specific needs, connected to multiple devices (computers, cell phones, industrial tablets and handheld scanners).- Decreased the recurrent payment error rate from 18% in May vs 14% in June vs. 10% in July vs. ~20% (industry average).- Ideated and released the first version of the drivers' app to track the delivery states and to deal with incidents during the delivery process.

- Responsible for setting the vision, declaring the metrics, and defining the first use case scenarios of the new Order Allocation Algorithm, part of VTEX's OMS suite of capabilities. The product is responsible for selecting the best combination of locations (stores, darkstores, distribution centers, etc.) to fulfill a purchase made on any channel and to provide the best shipping options for shoppers.

Led 2 squads part of the Order Management System suite of capabilities, in the Merchant Journey.- Set the product's vision for the Order Router/ Order Allocation Algorithm & Delivery Options module, in accordance with the company's vision.- Guided the team (à la scrum master) in performing a major codebase migration in one of the company's most critical services. The migration is expected to provide a >$300k in annual savings and we achieved a reduction in implementation time from 18 (expected) to 10 (actual) months.- In order to speed an MVP up, designed and implemented a management panel using Google Sheets, and Google Scripts in one day, and also used AWS Lambda and Jupyter Notebooks to collect and organize analytical info during the MVP period.- Minor improvements regarding legal requirements, bugs, and nonfunctional implementation.

Partnered with the PM to develop the Checkout solution and to define its strategic future.- Became the go-to person regarding the Order Router product, which was embedded in the Checkout, including guiding crisis scenarios with the C-level from 2 Tier 1 clients.- Designed a new structure for the product teams, which served as input to a significant organization restructure based on business scope rather than on the systems' architecture.- Designed the delivery process, tools, and integrations (JIRA, GitHub, Slack) to enhance the squad's efficiency.- Active collaborator in the hiring process (+30 interviews).

Assigned on a project to implement the SAP ERP with a major player in the French agribusiness sector.- Supported the PMO in tracking the delivery schedules, and preparing reports and presentations for the project's committee.- Executed part of the planned validation tests regarding the Supply Chain Management module.

Saint-Étienne, France

Assigned to the Supply Chain vertical.- Developed a new platform to calculate the stocks replenishment levels for the international affiliates, which saved 75% of the operators' time to perform this daily task.- Wrote the specifications for a new platform to do the same thing but for the other affiliates.
