Product League is specialized in application development with full agile development teams driven by the #1 low-code platform OutSystems. At Product League I am leading a group of highly expert developers, in self managed teams, to support our clients on the digital transformation process empowered by the OutSystems platform.

Working at the Randstad Group in The Netherlands i was responsible for managing the Outsystems Factory. From scratch (me and a team of great developers that i had the pleasure to lead) we have created several applications that are now part of the portfolio of the organization. On the first 6 months we were able to deliver 2 MVP applications, launch 5 new projects and test new ways of driving our business with the mobile mind-set. To make this program even more interesting, and with the conviction that experience developers from other technology origins, with the right guidance, are able to do more with the Outsystems Platform, Randstad started an internal program in order to leverage the internal knowledge and create new Outsystems Developers. In a class environment, 8 internal developers were given a bootcamp course and a certification in 3 weeks. At the same time we were shaping the architecture landscape of the organization. The Outsystems Platform was made part of an ecosystem with different technologies working together with a common goal - Empower Randstad into the Digital Transformation.

In Utrecht, Netherlands, working with Transfer-Solutions in order to deliver solutions using the Outsystems Platform.I’ve participated in several pre-sales projects, where my main responsibilities as Lead Developer were managing the projects technically, define the systems architecture and empower the company teams by teaching the Outsystems Platform.

As Service Management for the SERGURnet platform i was able work my skills as project manager. Main goal was get alignment with the insurance companies in order to promote agreements between them to guarantee the success of the projects.

In APS i had the opportunity to start managing my organization Outsystems Platform and i have been improving the solution since then. Solve organizations needs with technology is what drives me. I know the Outsystems Platform since 2006, but i’ve been working on a daily bases with it for the last 3 years. In 2007 Outsystems built the portals solution that is online and I have been changing and upgrading the solution with more applications and versions (since v4.0 java stack to 9.0.1.9). I’ve just concluded a re-brand solution for the institutional, extranet, intranet and academy website solutions that is planned to go online in the last quarter of 2015.

GeRAP - Management of the Shared Services and Resources for the Portuguese Public Administration was born with the need to manage shared services and public administration HR.In partnership with the Institute of Informatics of the Finance Ministry, GeRAP, has been building several software solutions that redefine some procedures of the Public Administration.GeRFiP Solutions (Financial), GeRHuP (Human Resources), GeADAP(Performance Evaluation) and GeRMob (Special Mobility) are the first four solutions presented by the company.Main responsibilities in the Middleware and Services team.Solutions implemented by the team:GeDM - Master Data Management as a cross solution to manage the Master Data;GeSE - Service Engine - enterprise services management platform. GEID - Identity Management Solution;The overall architecture is based on the standard SOA.
