Update the corporate calendar for the President. • Manage communication for meetings, gatherings, events, and agendas. This includes evaluating emails for urgent items, moving emails to proper folders, and responding to select e-mails for the President.• Handle all situations with discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, common courtesy, good judgment, and tact to give and get information and facilitate cooperation. • Collaborate with all departments of OA in matters potentially complex while conveying thoughts, ideas, plans, and instructions as directed by the President.• Utilizes a broad understanding and knowledge of OA ministry, functions, policies, and operating processes to evaluate questions and situations and give responses for the President or draft responses for approval.• Attending events and meetings requiring travel overnight and outside the local area.• Assist with content for Business Check-Ins and Town Halls.• Support the administrative needs of the OA Board of Directors, including scheduling meetings and coordinating agendas, invitations, meeting minutes, and materials.
