Responsible for:-All financial matters, in coordination with CFO and President-Full transparency of financial operations including financial statements, reporting, forecasting-Interpretation of financial operations to provide high level guidance in financial health, asset management, and operational efficiency to top executives and the board-Contribute to effective operational/financial software utilization and organization-wide processes and protocols -Assist the CFO with the human resources function-Supervision and management of the Finance/Accounting and Office Services teams-Chair of Operations Advisory Committee, member of the following committees: Risk Management, Pricing, Loan Advisory, Loan Management, Investment, and IT Steering
