• Responsible for DE Certification- provide training for new underwriters in order to obtain their DE Certification and track their progress. • Underwrite and review FHA / FNMA loans• Responsible for reviewing and researching files which may or may not have contained fabricated information which may pertain to occupancy, income, social security number, employment, etc. • Constructing drafts and completing FinCEN Form 101 (Suspicious Activity Report) in order to report such activities that occur within the company
