Undertaking Reference Check for new joiners, offered candidates (experienced and fresher) by validating information furnished in Interview Assessment Sheet. Undertaking Induction for new joiners across all levels. Collection and validation of documents as furnished in Joining Documents Checklist. Preparation, maintenance and upkeep of ‘Status of Pending Documents’ checklist. Employee database Management. Responsible to conduct training need analysis, developing training calendar and conducting training programs in line with individual development plans. Responsible to coordinate internal and external training programs for various verticals and reporting the training feedback & analysis to the management. Responsible to maintain flawless communication with the employees; ensuring timely resolution of employee grievances and queries. Assisting employees in completing exit formalities and gather feedback about the organization climate.

Induction/Orientation Program for the new joining employees. Issuing timely records about the overall sourcing and employee information including monthly updates. Handling recruitment process on a wide range of positions i.e. junior, middle & senior management levels. Assisting managers with defining clear job skill specifications to ensure appropriate identification of candidates and selection of highest quality hires for local requirements. Conducting training sessions and cascading process updates on the floor. Responsible for the Rigor activities and Process Knowledge Improvement of the Team; conduct Team Meetings for the same.
