National Restaurant Chain Client(s) for entegra procurement services.• Collaborate with all stakeholders for management of contracted programs within distribution market (distributor account / sales executives, program managers, manufacturer partners, supply managers, food service operation teams and account locations, national and regional teams, etc.),• Implement and monitor purchasing specifications with distributors through Implementation files, monthly contract releases, SKU rationalization, restriction and proprietary charts, • Work in-conjunction with eProcurement teams for product optimization with ordering system,• Manage stock out and resolve inventory turn issues with distributors and suppliers to ensure overall product availability based on the market needs and trends,• Responsible for the performance of assigned distribution market, service level, monitoring fill rates, contracted pricing and problem resolution with location deliveries,• Oversee LTO and promotion offerings at the distributor level• Large data analysis to identify growth opportunities with contracted manufacturer programs and cost savings,• Establish and maintain customer service level standards for all stakeholders (Suppler Managers, clients, operation teams, vendors and manufacturers). Manage conflict and problem resolution, policies and procedures for distributors,• Conduct quarterly distributor scorecard improvement meetings and business reviews to review performance and identify future business opportunities.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects and increasing participation with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the State of Minnesota Food Distribution Program (FDP) with K-12 Schools statewide.Areas of Focus:•Oversee truckload purchasing initiatives and distribution channels (Regular USDA Foods, Minnesota State Manufacturer Rebate Program, Diverted foods as well as Department of Defense Fresh Produce Program,•Administration of State entitlement (allocation 30+Million) and development of state warehouse perpetual inventory system,•Lead contact with USDA and team building with Food, Nutrition & Safety (FNS) division.
