Regional Manager - Services
Current• Manage the Services business including pre-sales activities through services delivery for engagements for U.S. Federal Government clients totally more than $3M annually.• Lead and mentor consultants for effective consulting and career growth.• Teach leadership fundamentals to consultants, empowering them to lead their customer teams through change.• Build relationships with customers to understand evolving needs, ensure satisfaction, and identify additional services opportunities if appropriate. • Provide orientation for Services offerings to account executives, prospects, and customers.• Engage with the account team and prospects to understand customer needs, ensure opportunities include adequate services for customer success. • Collaborate with all NORAM services leadership to ensure effective staff utilization to meet business objectives.
