Regional Manager - Services
Current- Manage the Services business including pre-sales activities through services delivery for engagements for U.S. Federal Government clients totally more than $3M annually.
- Lead and mentor consultants for effective consulting and career growth.
- Teach leadership fundamentals to consultants, empowering them to lead their customer teams through change.
- Build relationships with customers to understand evolving needs, ensure satisfaction, and identify additional services opportunities if appropriate.
- Provide orientation for Services offerings to account executives, prospects, and customers.
- Engage with the account team and prospects to understand customer needs, ensure opportunities include adequate services for customer success.
