Managed the 2018 Farm Bill implementation across Rural Development programs including managing the Council on Rural Community Innovation and Economic Development in SEC. 6306.Led the implementation of a nation-wide training plan for loan specialists and loan technicians. Training covers credit risk, financial analysis, exploring drivers of risk, stress testing and sensitivity analysis on borrowers' forecasts, and case studies on Rural Development loans that have failed. Rural Development's representative on multiple USDA working groups including; Precision Agriculture Working Group, National Food and Agriculture Council, Hemp Task Force, and the USDA Science Council.

Writing, researching, reporting, and conducting outreach for clients throughout the Midwest.Led multiple public affairs and public relations projects concurrently and within strict deadlines in different professional and political areas.
