I am currently on the Board of Directors of Robinson Family Management. I am one of three external directors and serve as Chair of the Audit Committee, along with being a member of the Governance Committee and Compensation Committee. Robinson Family Management (RFM) is a private partnership representing the family that owns and operates Robinson Ranch in North Austin. Robinson Ranch consists of 7000+ contiguous acres, all entitled by the City of Austin. Recent developments with the property include the expansion of Apple and its new billion dollar campus. RFM is responsible for developing the comprehensive master plan for the property and the Robinson Family.In April, 2017, I retired from JPMorgan Chase & Company, concluding a 45 year career with firm. My career covered many different roles within the organization, but the majority of my experience was in Commercial Banking. At retirement, I was serving as Managing Director and Vice Chairman of Commercial Banking. Previously, I was Region Manager of the Central Texas Region (including Austin, San Antonio and El Paso). For more than 15 years, I was Chairman and CEO of the Austin Region for Middle Market Banking. In all of these specific roles, I was leading a team of commercial bankers who were responsible for client relationships of middle market companies with sales from $20 million to $500 million and above, providing a full array of banking products including Investment Banking and Capital Markets, Credit, Treasury Services and other specialized services of JPMorgan Chase. I was in senior leadership and management roles with the firm for the past 30 years. Other JPMorgan Chase banking roles included Head of South Technology U. S. Corporate Banking, and Head of Middle Market Banking for the Texas Regions. I also served as President of Chase Bank Austin, as well as in other executive management roles for the bank in Houston, Dallas and East Texas. I began my career with Texas Commerce Bank in Houston in 1972.
