Utility Coordination for Questar Gas feeder line replacement projects. Survey and mapping to support new projects, including high pressure main and services. Utah Transit Authority Bus Rapid Transit, the Fuel Fare Collection buildings, and the CNG bus depot project. Crafting and execution of Master and Supplemental agreements with various utilities for UTA. Survey and mapping to support major UDOT Highway projects.

• Cost Controls, balance multiple multi-million dollar budgets, conduct meetings, value engineer, project scheduling, reviewing/submitting invoices for payment, design reviews, construction management, document control, crafting and executing agreements and contracts between UTA contractors and utilities. • Mitigate utility conflicts caused by UTA’s rail construction on multiple projects. Act as a liaison between UTA, Cities, Counties, the International Airport, Questar Gas, Qwest, Rocky Mountain Power, Telecommunications Companies, Union Pacific Railroad, and UDOT. Currently we are mitigating conflicts on UTAs 4.7 billion 2015 Frontlines program.• Oversee new service installation, schedule crews, coordinate work, secure easements/ROW and ensure quality of work.

• Prepare computer-aided topographical, mechanical and architectural drawings and maps; with use of a computer-graphics workstation (i.e., new work, property and rights-of-way, relocations, maintenance)• Ensure field compliance with Pipeline Safety Regulations; serve as a liaison with internal/external entities to ensure company policies and procedures are followed; monitor crossings that could adversely affect the integrity of Questar Gas pipelines.• Work with contractors, county and city officials and UDOT regarding installation, maintenance and locations of distribution systems in assigned region.• Provide gas facility and mapping information to internal and external entities (i.e., engineering firms, Blue Stakes, government agencies, etc.) • Design and prepare drawings, apply, and ensure permit compliance. Obtain permits for road crossings, water crossings, private property, railroad crossings, county, city, and UDOT. • Update and maintain multi-leveled global mapping system of the natural gas distribution/transmission system.• Initiate, design, draft, and project manage all work in Northern Region from conception to installation. (350 jobs at 944,739 linear feet of new pipe in 2007)• Acts as a liaison between utility and the UTA Commuter Rail project in Davis and Weber Counties.• Develop proposals, reports, memos, using GIS database. Including confidential or sensitive information.
