• Reporting to the Head of Programme Delivery and working closely with all teams within Payment Services Division. Responsibilities include:
• Building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including partners, card schemes, payment service providers, third parties, the Payment Services team and the other divisions within Raphaels Bank.
• Managing the full end-to-end implementation of Payment Services projects for new and existing Partners.
• Facilitating stakeholder meetings/workshops with conference calls and face to face meetings.
• Attending weekly internal Payment service meetings.
• Working with Business Analysts to oversee the production of accurate and concise key programme documentation as well as liaising with senior stakeholders to ensure internal and external approval.

Paddington

• Act as main point of contact for customer and relationship management for the project lifecycle.
• Produce, validate and maintain all project documentation, including project plan, project scope, RAID logs etc.
• Provide consultancy to the customer throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Carry out testing & certification activities for new and/or existing members launching Visa Europe products & services and changes to the productions systems.
• Provide training & coaching to new team members.
• Carry out double-checking and approving activities for system changes.
