A project-based roll that allows me to be a part of multiple facets of Children's Plus's operations anywhere from book binding/production to maintaining both internal and external relationships of the company. On top of managing, hiring, and overseeing daily operations, I have also been a part of and lead teams that are responsible for rolling out multiple projects and development pursuits that have increased productivity and helped the organization as a whole step into a new generation.These projects have ultimately led the company to increasing overall revenue and created new long-lasting relationships while maintaining already existing partnerships with both customers and publishers across the country.

Hybrid opportunity during college that focused on assisting organization's leaders and developing problem solving skills. Main duties included data entry, invoicing, filling out Bids & RFP, and providing support to a team of over 50 sales representatives. In addition, I also acted as a Trade Show Specialist at ALA 2016 for the Children's Plus booth. Towards the end of my time in office I was responsible for investigating and procuring opportunities within school districts for sales reps to sell to. Towards the end of my college career I was put on a path to return to the Chicago area and step into the roll of an Operations Manager to assist in the development and overall continuation of operational responsibilities.
