Current-Prepare partners, internal users and stakeholders on new product introductions, systematic changes and new feature functionality, per release (SFDC).-Enhance the Partner/Customer Experience. Gather data and other information from Internal and Partner users, to assess future changes for business optimization and efficiency. Maintain an open dialog and conduct frequent 'Voice of the Customer' (VoC) forums to identify needs.-Directly impact the effectiveness and success of the Quote to Invoice group, Sales teams and Partners.-Collaborate with partners, peers and stakeholders to ensure those impacted by initiatives are adequately prepared.-Work collaboratively, and act in a lead role as a business subject matter expert, within a team environment, to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria. -Plan, create, and execute training strategies and conduct audience analysis to determine skill/knowledge requirements for all those impacted.-Manage business needs based on project requirements and provide guidance to Training Developers regarding process and/or system functionality
