Lead a team responsible for customer training and documentation for our suite of services. This team works closely with my Implementation, and Service Operations teams to ensure our customers receive on time project deliverables, and excellent care and support. We strive to build strong, close relationships, and to partner with our customer for mutual success.

Lead the creation and management of a new group; Implementation Management (IM) team, to support existing legacy systems add ons, and rollout of both our new service; NetDiscovery, and existing services. NetDiscovery provides CALEA managed services to our customers. The Implementing team (project management & technical engineering) leads the installing, configuring and acceptance testing for our hosted Request Management System (RMS), our Deep Probes for mobile 2G, 3G, LTE, and broadband (ISL, DSL, and IP targeted) data delivery, or managing customer's imbedded network components for voice and data capabilities (Cisco, Ericsson, Genband, ZTE, Metaswitch, AWS, Lucent, etc) for data delivery. Our Data Retention Service (DRS) which utilizes Hadoop and mongoDB for storage and querying of big data, and finally our Data Analytic Service (DAS) which provides unique insight into customer data usage in conjunction with DRS. Our IM team did the rollout of our company offerings at the rate of 1 company every two months during the first year, and are now doing 1 new account per month during the end of last year, and into this one. Working with a Remedy consultant, rolled out a Release Management Tracking System to provide global status on multiple, concurrent, agile releases across teams and product services for our internal teams.QA team activities were handed off to our India QA group, and the team's automation engineering group joined the DevTeam to provide closer coordination of automated testing.Continued to oversee the management of our SO team, providing our 24/7 level 1 incident handling and management, software release validation, customer training, request handling (LI and RPS) and demos.

Managed a growing Quality Assurance team for global mobile services, secure web portal request management system, backend production systems, validation of customer facing APIs and proof of concept tests, QA lab, and 2nd level customer service escalations. Upgraded our Defect Management System to HPQC. Started QA automation group to ensure robust regression testing for each Agile releases, and adopted Quick Test Professional (QTP) for our API testing, and Selenium for our web based test automation.Managed the Technical Operations team responsible for maintaining our global production systems and test infrastructure; QA, Staging, and R&D systems.Responsible for overseeing management of our Service Operations (SO; customer care) for level 1 escalations, and training of release features and services for existing and new customers.

Rolled out Mercury Test Director for defect management.

Lead global testing team charged with the go live of company award winning, flagship call center product for each release cycle, assigning and performing features & functionality; sanity, black, grey, white, positive, negative, integration, and system testing while ensuring test acceptance criteria and coverage for hardware telephony cards; telecom controller card, and web based call center management and metric system (software). Managed regression test coverage and reporting on overall quality and progress with robust metrics, resulting with on time Go Live, with more features than required, to our Fortune 500 company base. Reviewed, test documentation, updated production installation documentation. Work with performance team to ensure capacity, loading, and performance requirements are met. Occassionaly supported on-site upgrades for our premier customers.Also lead fast response customer care quality testing for each maintenance release, in between major call center releases.

Electrical design, BOM, and lead automation controls programmer, professional services and on-site training, and customer care in small, 5 engineer, multiple hat role company. FMI provided R&D solutions for auto-packaging fluids for the biomedical, and food industries, specializing in meeting packaging sterilization protocols.Really enjoyed the challenge of doing the electrical design, and then wiring the equipment, debugging, and programming the procedures, controls for the equipment.

Secure communication systems project management and engineering, including design and installation engineering for command and control centers for 5 years. Lead West Coast project manager for Maritime Defense Zone (MARDEZ), a joint Coast Guard and Navy project tasked with ensuring Coast Guard communications with Navy. Three of those years working in Japan for US Navy, Marines, Air Force, and Japanese Self Defense (joint US and Japan project), and 5 years on satellite ship board communications system design, and installations.Working abroad was amazing, both for the cultural experience and the opportunity to design, procure, install, test, and train Military on systems. Basically, hands on from start to finish on projects. This is where I really became an engineer.
