Our Data Retention Service (DRS) which utilizes Hadoop and mongoDB for storage and querying of big data, and finally our Data Analytic Service (DAS) which provides unique insight into customer data usage in conjunction with DRS. Our IM team did the rollout of our company offerings at the rate of 1 company every two months during the first year, and are now doing 1 new account per month during the end of last year, and into this one. Working with a Remedy consultant, rolled out a Release Management Tracking System to provide global status on multiple, concurrent, agile releases across teams and product services for our internal teams.QA team activities were handed off to our India QA group, and the team's automation engineering group joined the DevTeam to provide closer coordination of automated testing.Continued to oversee the management of our SO team, providing our 24/7 level 1 incident handling and management, software release validation, customer training, request handling (LI and RPS) and demos.
