Having always taken a keen interest in technology from an early age, I decided to further my existing ICT qualifications and focus on web development at The University of the West of England where I graduated with a first class honours degree in 'Web Design' in 2010.Since graduating, I have gained experience in many different delivery contexts including in-house development, agency & consultancy work and as a freelancer on a self-employed basis.Historically I have delivered projects end-to-end and been responsible for all aspects of the planning, development and testing stages however, backend development with a strong focus on performance and security is where my main interest lies.
