Designed new redundant computer infrastructure based on a foundation of VMware and MS-Windows 2008 R2. Migrated existing Novell systems and data to the new environment with no disruption to court operations. Additionally, I designed and implemented a hot DR site based on the same architecture as the primary site. This design allows for a very rapid recovery in the event of an IT "disaster".
